Further does not always mean being the most successful in an industry or an endeavor. Sometimes, further means going on an adventure, and being a part of something bigger than yourself. Sometimes it means building new relationships, or seeing new places around the world. Sometimes it means doing the things that you love doing from day today, surrounded by the people that you love, people that fill you up, that empower you, and inspire you to live life to the fullest. To me, that is success, and it is far great than the need to be better than everyone else. Striving for excellence should always be a part of who we are. But not at the cost of humility and joy.
